A 26-year-old scroll trick has broken in Windows 11: Shift+click on the scrollbar no longer works in WinUI. The shortcut is still supported by Electron, Win32, and WPF, but not in WinUI. Even Windows 11's Notepad lacks both Shift+click and the Scroll Here option. A bug has been opened on GitHub. A Microsoft veteran only recently learned about the issue. It seems that during the UI modernization, old features were simply forgotten.
