On the OnePlus 13 with model index PJZ110, the voltage cutoff threshold can be lowered from 3250 to 2800 mV. This is done by the module op13-battery-unlock for KernelSU. SOC recalculation is performed by the battery controller itself, without third-party apps. It is claimed to work on ColorOS 15, 16, and 17, as well as support jailbreak mode.
